The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in Asnelles, just 100 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor (air-conditioned): - An 80 m² living area with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a TV - A bathroom with a shower and toilet On the first floor: - An air-conditioned mezzanine area with a reading corner, a sofa and an armchair - A bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha. Outdoors: - An 18 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A second 6 m² terrace, facing east - A private, enclosed garden of 150 m², not overlooked Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Asnelles, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Asnelles beach, 150 m away: a wide range of water sports such as sand yachting, diving, fishing, and more - Numerous walking and mountain biking trails nearby - Tennis courts and children’s playground - D-Day beaches - Bayeux and its tapestry, 14.5 km away - British War Memorial in Normandy, 5 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park (maximum of two vehicles of any type). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 40 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 25 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
