This accommodation comprises: - a comfortable and bright living room opening onto the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. - a dining area, - a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), - a bedroom with two single beds, - a bathroom with shower, - a separate toilet, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, - fan, television (no TV channel is available). The accommodation also includes a private parking space in the basement (maximum height allowed: 1.95 m). Accommodation accessible to people with disabilities. From the accommodation, you can enjoy a view of the street. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm. ##Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 am: 44e → A security deposit will be required before your check-in. Cependant l’appartement au 4eme étage au-dessus d’une route nationale est problématique car extrêmement bruyant de 6h du matin à 21h, donc impossibilité d’utiliser la terrasse. Pas de wifi, pas de télévi...
