A comfortable stay for up to 5 guests, this 3-bedroom home in Madrid offers a quieter base away from the busiest parts of the city while staying well connected to the centre. With two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished patio-style outdoor space, it’s a practical and welcoming option for families, friends or longer city stays.
We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
This welcoming home features three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed made up of two single beds, and a third bedroom with one single bed.
The property also includes two full bathrooms with showers, stocked with towels, hand soap, shower gel and a hairdryer for added convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and other essentials, making it easy to enjoy anything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home.
A comfortable living and dining area completes the indoor space, while the furnished patio-style outdoor area adds a pleasant extra corner to relax during your stay.
The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
Cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
Roll of kitchen paper
The property is equipped with an aerothermal system for both heating and cooling.
We will be available through the platform chat for any questions or assistance during your stay.
The property includes an underground parking space suitable for small to medium-sized cars, with a maximum vehicle weight of 3,500 kg; access to the parking is via a vehicle lift.
Key handover will take place between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, a late check-in fee of €20 per hour will be charged.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
