Nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac, this superb holiday home of 43 m2 of living space, spread over two floors, offers you absolute peace and quiet while being located just a stone's throw from the lively town centre and the main beach of Quiberon.
It is the ideal location to do everything on foot: shops, restaurants and swimming are right on your doorstep.
In addition, you will be just a 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal to explore Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat and Hoëdic. It features: - Private entrance - Living room with sofa bed, coffee table - Separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) - Separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a 90x190 single bed and storage space - Shower room Outside: - Large terrace with garden furniture, dining table, deckchairs and barbecue - Parking space in front of the house for one car The house does not have a TV or internet. très bon emplacement à 5 minutes de port maria à Quiberon, terrasse sympa, logement très bien pour 2-3 personnes,

il manque la wifi et la télévision pour le prix de la nuitée cela devrait être accessible.

It also comes with a well equipped kitchen as well as things for the beach, sunchairs, sun umbrella etc.
The terrace is large and the whole place has a lot of privacy.
The bathroom is newly renovated.
