The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Telgruc-sur-Mer. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A lovely 600 m² shared garden, enclosed and south-facing
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Telgruc-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Chateaulin, about 20 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Brest, about 50 minutes’ drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.
