Cocoonr is offering this charming house with sea views for rent on Tascon Island in Saint-Armel, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan; it is only accessible at low tide.
Just a stone’s throw from the beach, this 75 m² house, equipped with Wi-Fi, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two adjoining bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with a toilet
Upstairs, in a row:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 2,000 m² garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
Situated on the island of Tascon, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, this house enjoys a rare and unspoilt natural setting.
Connected to the mainland by a submersible causeway accessible only at low tide (two hours before and two hours after), the island offers a peaceful and authentic environment, far from the hustle and bustle. Whilst this unique feature means you’ll need to plan your daily routine around the tide times, it’s also a real treat for lovers of nature, tranquillity and the great outdoors. Close to Saint-Armel, you’ll have access to shops, the market, restaurants and local amenities, whilst enjoying an exceptional quality of life within a remarkable natural setting. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. Access to the island is via a tarmac road that is passable for a four-hour window (two hours before low tide and two hours after low tide) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes, 19 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes, 110 km away On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation Self-check-in required: Access to the accommodation is possible depending on the low tide time (2 hours before – 2 hours after). Keys are to be collected from a secure Keycafe locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation.
