It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 299 m². Sheets included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 (air-conditioned): queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room with WC First floor: - 39 m² living room with lounge, TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 4 (air-conditioned): queen-size bed (160×200), with shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. Outside: - A beautiful 299 m² enclosed garden and a 15 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in a very peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - walk along the Canal du Midi with lock - cycling - swimming (Valras plage about 10 km away) - canoeing on the Orb - cinema - Cap d'Agde about 20 km away Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Béziers train station about 7 km away - Béziers Cap d'Agde airport approx. 8 km away - To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen included - Towels and bath sheets are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
