Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. • Please note that normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present throughout the home due to regular use. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before each stay. We respect your privacy and give you the freedom to enjoy the home, but we’re just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay ✨ ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program—you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing small mishaps are taken care of. (Note: this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.
This self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and glassware.) Pest Note: While the home is regularly treated and maintained, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife may occur, especially during warmer months, as the property is located in the natural Hudson Valley environment.
Refunds are not provided for pest- or wildlife-related sightings. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.
As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences. ️ Additional Supplies: May be available upon request but are not guaranteed.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance. Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure. Rosendale is a walkable village, and many local cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions can be reached on foot from the apartment.
For exploring the wider Hudson Valley, having a car is recommended. Approximate drive times: • New Paltz – 15 minutes • Kingston – 20 minutes • Mohonk Preserve – 20 minutes • Minnewaska State Park – 25 minutes • Woodstock – 30 minutes • Rhinebeck – 35 minutes
