The open-plan living and dining area is uniquely adorned with vintage local photographs. Living & Dining: Open-plan area, vintage local photographs Dedicated Workspace: Fast Wi-Fi available Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bathroom: • Walk-in shower • Toilet • Single vanity sink • Fresh towels and essential toiletries provided. Kitchen & Dining: • Full kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, single-serve coffee maker. • Cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils provided. • Dining table seating for up to four guests. Comfort & Entertainment: • Air conditioning • Cozy electric fireplace • Smart TV for streaming. ️ Safety Features: • Carbon monoxide alarms • Fire extinguishers. Additional Amenities: Iron, ironing board, hair dryer Outdoor Space: Private covered front porch with outdoor seating We aim to provide a seamless and private experience for our guests.
While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via phone or message to answer any questions, offer recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise. Please review these important details for your stay: • Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, glassware). This is not insurance. The home is regularly treated for pests.
Occasional pest sightings may still occur despite routine treatment and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️ Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues.
As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. • Weather & Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. • Supplies: Limited towels are provided for approximately 2-3 days.
For stays of 5 or more nights, replacement towels may be requested (subject to availability). A laundromat is nearby.
Extra supplies are available upon request but not guaranteed, and grocery stores are nearby. • Property Condition: Normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present due to regular use. We maintain high cleaning standards. • Items Left Behind: A $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply for the return of personal items.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure. Rosendale is a walkable village, and many local cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions can be reached on foot from the apartment.
For exploring the wider Hudson Valley, having a car is recommended. Approximate drive times: • New Paltz – 15 minutes • Kingston – 20 minutes • Mohonk Preserve – 20 minutes • Minnewaska State Park – 25 minutes • Woodstock – 30 minutes • Rhinebeck – 35 minutes
