During the off-season, bus service may be less frequent, so it is advisable to check schedules in advance. Car Rental - Recommended: The most convenient way to explore Comporta and the surrounding areas is by renting a car. This offers the greatest flexibility to visit beaches, restaurants, and other points of interest. - Parking: Generally, free parking is available in most tourist areas and near the beaches. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or restocking are not included. ￫ Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. ￫ Included in your stay is a weekly cleaning with a change of bed linens and towels, as well as a mid-stay cleaning (without linen/towels changes and lasting about 1 hour). ￫ Check-in starts at 5:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra cost of 25€. ￫ During your stay, you are responsible for the proper care and use of the property keys.
Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or the mailbox.
In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be borne by the guest.
In case of key loss, a penalty will apply. ￫ For stays of 28 days or longer, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately.

The living area consists of a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a Smart TV, and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen complements this living area, creating the perfect place to gather, create, and share memories, especially around the spacious dining table.
