For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox.
In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Please note that the pool may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium. ￫ Pool rules: The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure.

Children must be supervised by an adult H. Pets are not allowed in the pool ￫ Gym rules: The gym room is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities.
Please follow the rules below: A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. B. Access to the gym is free of charge C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment.
