Located on the 5ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 29 m² living room with TV and sofa bed - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (120 x 190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Vincennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visit to the Château de Vincennes - Walk in the Bois de Vincennes - Discover the towns of Vincennes and Paris - Day trip to Disneyland Paris Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearby transport (RER A, bus, metro) - Nearest train station: Vincennes, about 500 m away - Nearest airport: Paris-Orly, about 20 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The pantry is not accessible. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
