Large and comfortable double bedroom with living area, patio and private bathroom, ideal for two, located within Trulli Italia, a complex of trulli with a shared garden.
Surrounded by greenery, the accommodation is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and verdant hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari.
The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away! The 40 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a trullo, with a private entrance from the garden (3 steps to access) and is composed as follows: - Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe, and fan-coil A/C - Living area with chairs, a single armchair (which folds out for children under two), a clothes rack, a 19" smart TV, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a kettle - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower - Private patio with a gazebo, deckchairs, chairs, and a small table. Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan-coil heating.
Iron and ironing board available upon request at reception. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - 1 uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property's parking lot. - The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please note that cameras are present in the common outdoor areas. - Upon arrival, a cash payment of 100 euros will be required. 50 euro deposit for the use of the keycard and towels. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano.
