A cozy and large double bedroom with a living area and private bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to three people, located within Trulli Italia, a complex of trulli with a shared garden.
Surrounded by greenery, the accommodation is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and verdant hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari.
The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away! The 30 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a trullo, with a private entrance from the garden (1 step) and comprises the following: - Bedroom with double bed, open-plan wardrobe, and split air conditioning - Living area with chairs, a queen-size sofa bed, open-plan wardrobe, fan-coil air conditioning, a 19" smart TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and kettle - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. Additional amenities available to guests include a beach umbrella and two deckchairs at the entrance to the apartment, UNLIMITED WIFI, and fan-coil heating.
Iron and ironing board available upon request at reception. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - 1 uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property's parking lot. - The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please note that cameras are present in the common outdoor areas. - A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival in cash. 50 euros for the use of the keycard and towels. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
