Casa Filo Verde is built in 2020 in a scenic seaside setting, where the accommodation is chic and comfortable, lying in the heart of Plakias village within direct access to amenities, therefore there is no need to rent a vehicle to go swimming, shopping or dining.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen and living room with direct access to the patio with a dining table and a pool area (with a separate children’s pool). Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony are found on the first floor, while a third one is found on the ground level.
Casa Filo Verde can accommodate up to 7 guests and is ideal for holidaymakers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist resorts in south Crete.
If you love spending time in the great outdoors, there are many natural beaches with fine golden sand and clear waters ideal for snorkelling and diving.
Whether you want to explore the broader area or cool off in the pool, this holiday getaway offers a variety of activities in a quaint seaside village that exudes a relaxing holiday setting.

We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge) Sustainability -The villa uses solar systems in order to heat the water -Most of the light bulbs are replaced with LED lumps -The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets -All windows are double-glazed -Offer tours and activities organized by local guides and businesses This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)

Wir waren zu 3 in der Villa. Von Hauseigentümer wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Villa ist geräumig, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Villa hat eine perfekte Lage da man alles innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreicht (Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzgerei, Apotheke usw).
