Cocoonr offers you this charming 25 m² flat to rent in l'Alpe d'Huez, in a peaceful location with mountain views, car-free living, slope access 80 m away, and sleeping up to 4 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with bath). Sheets and towels included.

The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - An alcove with two bunk beds (90x180) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside: - A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Eclose, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You will be close to all the essential shops (mini-market) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Activities : - Alpe d'Huez ski area (downhill skiing, snowboarding, off-piste, snowshoeing, dog sledding) - Quartier des Jeux & Palais des Congrès 5 minutes' walk away - Numerous outdoor activities in summer: hiking, mountain karts, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, etc. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the foot of the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Grenoble Alpes Isère 104km away - Nearest airport: Lyon St Exupéry, 150km away - Free bus & shuttle service 80 m from the flat (from Lyon airport - 2h20 to 3h30 journey time) - Alpe Express (ski lift) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
