Cocoonr offers this 50 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 100 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to three people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with a sofa bed (single (190 × 110), a TV and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 × 200).
- A shower room.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- A 4 m² west-facing balcony with sea view, ideal for enjoying fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, just a short walk from the beach, the town centre and all amenities.
Nearby, you'll find shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and entertainment, so you can make the most of the seaside resort. There's plenty to do nearby: beach and seafront promenade, cinema, bowling alley, seawater swimming pool, children's club on the beach in summer, large play park, mini-golf, riding centre, marina and water sports.
There's something for everyone throughout your stay. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free public car parks are located in the vicinity of the accommodation.
A basement parking space is reserved for one vehicle (garage). Bicycles can be left in this space, but please do not bring them into the accommodation as it is not possible to store bicycles in the residence. As regards other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station and airport: Caen (25 km) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
