Cocoonr offers you this charming, fully renovated flat to rent in Saint-Jorioz.
It boasts lovely mountain views and is close to the village centre and lake. Situated on the ground floor of a house occupied by the owners, this bright flat offers a warm and pleasant setting for making the most of a stay on the shores of Lake Annecy. The flat comprises - A 35 m² living room with a connected TV (chromecast) and an additional heater or sofa bed on request - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and chest of drawers - Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and WC Outside: - Terrace of around 20 m² to enjoy the fine weather and moments of relaxation outside with 1 table, 2 chairs for a meal as well as a sitting area for relaxation. - Parking space in the car park - PLEASE NOTE: the property is not fenced.
The owners live on site with a very friendly cat and dog who may occasionally wander into the car park and outside areas. If you prefer to avoid their presence, please do not hesitate to let us know: the owners will be happy to ensure that they remain indoors during your stay. Additional facilities : Wi-Fi, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available in the flat. Nearby: The flat is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Saint-Jorioz, just a short walk from the village centre (less than 5 minutes by car) and the lake (5 minutes by car) - Cycle path running alongside the lake, 2 minutes away by bike - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist’s… 15–20 minutes’ walk away Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, enjoy the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in bespoke holidays. Transport: - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 run from the flat, providing easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). SIBRA route 15B: Croix de Filly Route Y51 / 15A: St Jorioz – Gendarmerie - Geneva International Airport is about 45 minutes’ drive away.
Bus services and private shuttle buses also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services. - If you choose to travel by car, an unfenced private car park is available for your use. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
