Cocoonr offers you this charming 95 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Gujan-Mestras/La Hume.
Villa Etxea has a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 355 m² garden.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 37 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Four bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with shower - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful 355 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Gujan-Mestras, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Hume 10 min walk. - Nearest airport: Mérignac 45 min by car On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
