Cocoonr agency offers this fully air-conditioned 140 m² house with swimming pool in Saint-Gilles to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An 8x4 m swimming pool, private and unheated.
It can be used from April to the end of October and is equipped with a safety cover. - A 1400 m² south-facing garden - A 30 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A 5 m² balcony facing east The house is ideally located in Saint-Gilles, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Château d'Espeyran, about 5 km away - Le Scamandre discovery centre, around 16 km away - Pont de Gau ornithological park, approx. 29 km away - Arles approx. 20 km away - Montpellier approx. 60 km away - Walks and hikes in the area Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 vehicles of all kinds). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare d'Arles, about 20 km away - Nearest regional airport: Nîmes Grande Provence Méditerranée airport, approx. 12 km away - Nearest international airport: Montpellier Méditerranée airport, about 56 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
