Cocoonr agency offers this 98 m² semi-detached house in Camaret-sur-Mer to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is also a pleasant garden of around 500 m². The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A living room with fireplace (wood not provided) - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and dining area - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot. Outside: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 500 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Camaret-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to the harbor (a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive) and a large beach that is easily accessible by bike or car. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles). A garage is available for storing bicycles only. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Crozon, about 10 km away. - Nearest airport: Brest-Guipavas, about 90 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other comments: - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen (sheets) is included but towels are not provided and can be supplied on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the concierge.
