Fern Cottage is a welcoming semi-detached cottage resting in the seaside town of Bembridge, with close by shops, pubs, and beaches making it an ideal base for families and couples seeking a getaway to the coast of the Isle of Wight.
Be welcomed into a tasteful living/dining room with plenty of well-presented furniture and wooden flooring throughout.
Here there is a dining space for hearty meals, as well as a sitting area where you can recline with a good book beside the crackling woodburning stove.
The kitchen has plenty of amenities for home cooking, and from here an enclosed garden space creates a zone to enjoy morning coffee in the salty air. This home offers two bedrooms, so choose between a double with its own dressing room and office space, and a twin zip/link that can be set up as a super-king-size on request.

Fern Cottage consists of a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with dressing room and a twin zip/link (can be set up as a super-king-size on request). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Gas central heating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stove. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and bike storage, as well as roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles, harbour 1.1 miles. Fern Cottage is a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP
