Cocoonr Dinard offers this charming 40 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located in the beautiful La Ronceray residence, in the heart of a superb park with a tennis court, direct access to the beach and the hiking trail.
The flat comprises an attractive 25m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen/lounge, a bedroom and a shower room. The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows: - A bright 25m² living area with a fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge with a built-in single-door freezer compartment, a three-ring induction hob, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and a washing machine) - A TV lounge with a sofa bed (140x190cm) fitted with a proper mattress and mattress topper. - A dining area with a dining table seating up to 4 guests. - A double bedroom (160x190cm) with a large fitted wardrobe - A shower room with a toilet Outside: - The bright living area opens onto a 13m² south-west facing balcony-terrace, equipped with a small garden seating set, two deckchairs and a Weber electric barbecue. Neighbourhood : Da Viken is ideally located in the highly sought-after Vicomté district.
The residential area is quiet and pleasant.
The 4-hectare Ronceray park is shared with the other homes.
You'll even have access to a tennis court. From the park, you have direct access to the GR34, which takes you to Dinard via the Chemin de Ronde, offering a magnificent view of the mouth of the Rance (gated by a digicode). The Prieuré beach is 300 m away, the Port Breton park 750 m away and the Dinard thalassotherapy centre 3.7 km away. The centre of Dinard "Les Halles - place du marché" is 3 km away by car... If you choose to come by car, the flat has a private underground parking space N.B.: Dimensions of the underground car park entrance: 2m high 3.90m wide Dimensions of the underground parking space (unpartitioned) Width: 2.55 metres Depth: 5 metres Maximum height: 2 metres The residential complex has plenty of outdoor parking spaces for visitors.
