Cocoonr agency offers this charming 240 m² house with swimming pool and sauna in Condom to rent for up to 9 people.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 6,000 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with lounge and TV
- A 40m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area, etc.
- A library with sofas
- A study with fireplace (first flambé free of charge)
- Separate WC
- Shower room
- A laundry room
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200), chest of drawers and rack
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and rack
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190) that can be separated to form four single beds
- Mezzanine 1: opens onto the living room, where the sauna is located
- Mezzanine 2: opens onto the kitchen, with a single bed
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from 1ᵉʳ April to 30 September and secured by an alarm.
- A beautiful 6,000 m² garden facing north and east-west, partially enclosed
- A lovely terrace overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is located in Condom, in very quiet surroundings.
Shops are approximately 7 km from the property. Activities : - Visit Condom town centre with its Saint-Pierre cathedral - Visits to small villages typical of the Gers countryside Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 5 vehicles). A car is essential to fully enjoy the region. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Agen train station about 40 km away - Toulouse airport, about 125 km away - Bordeaux airport, about 150 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - The owners' cat can be seen around the house. - The wood burner is functional, and the first flambé is free of charge. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
