The property is located near the Sergio Lanfranchi Stadium, home of the Parma Zebre football team and venue for several international rugby matches.
The Centro Torri shopping center is also just a few meters away. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
