Nestled in a wooded residential environment on the edge of the forest, this beautiful family home of 117 m2 offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing and warm stay.
With its private heated pool, garden and large terrace, it can accommodate up to 8 people. This accommodation consists of: - a spacious and bright living room, - a friendly dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - a plancha in the summer kitchen, - three bedrooms with double bed (2 beds 160 and 1 bed 140), - a room with 2 single beds, - a first bathroom adjoining one of the double bedrooms with bath, shower and WC, - a second bathroom with shower, - a separate toilet, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, - high chair and baby bed, - TV, stereo system, Wifi, - games for all ages, children’s games, toys, books and children’s books, - central heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, coat hangers. Outside, you will enjoy: - of a furnished terrace with dining table, - of a large garden, - a private heated swimming pool open from April to October, - of a ping-pong table, - of a pétanque court, - of a parking lot in front of the house. The house enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the forest, just 750 meters from a beach classified 4 stars.
You will enjoy a pleasant view of the pool and the surrounding forest. The beach, located nearby, is monitored in summer from 11am to 7pm to enjoy swimming in complete serenity. A diving school is also nearby to discover the seabed and water activities. Noise nuisance is not accepted after 10 p.m. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e → A security deposit will be requested before your check-in.
