Accommodation not officially classified by the Tourist Office* Ground floor: - Air-conditioned living room with corner sofa, television, and dining area - Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet - Bedroom 1 with a 140cm double bed, ample storage, TV, and access to a 25m² terrace Mezzanine (Max. ceiling height 1.60m / Min. ceiling height 1.30m): - Bedroom 2 with a 140cm double bed and ample storage Outside: - 25m² terrace with dining furniture - Outdoor shower Other: - Private parking space #21 - Pets allowed (on request: €50/pet/stay) - Close to the Nartelle Beach and Restaurants - WiFi (fiber optic) Distances: - Town center: 4500m - Beach: 20m - Shops: 1000m Check-in and key collection hours: Monday to Friday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Saturday (July - August) between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Sunday and public holidays (excluding Saturday): self check-in from 3:00 PM (key box, details provided after booking). If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please inquire before booking. Options (can be ordered up to 7 days before arrival): - Double bed linen rental: €25/bed/stay (beds not made) - Single bed linen rental: €20/bed/stay (beds not made) - "Simple" towel rental (1 large + 1 small hand towel): €15/person/stay - "Complete" towel rental (basic kit + 1 beach towel): €20/person/stay - Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 for the first item + €10/additional item, chosen from: Cot + mattress/bathtub/stroller/high chair/potty/changing mat Not included (mandatory): - Security deposit: €500 by credit card only - *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total rental amount (up to a limit of €6.05 per night and per person over 18 years old) Included services: - End-of-stay cleaning - Disposable mattress and pillow protectors - Kitchen towels - Bathroom mat House rules: - No parties/festive events - No smoking inside the accommodation
