Cocoonr agency offers this charming 140 m² house in Brétignolles-sur-Mer to rent for up to 12 people.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with electric fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and electric fireplace
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4 : with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC
- A shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² private enclosed garden and a 30 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Stroll along the beaches of Bretignolles-sur-Mer (La Sauzaie, La Parée) and enjoy the ocean. - Water sports: surfing or bodyboarding, famous spot notably at Plage de la Sauzaie - Cycle the Vélodyssée along the coast - Visit Vendée Miniature for an original and fun activity Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, about 10 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes, approx. 90 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
