The property is located in a quiet and charming area (limited traffic zone): our guests can reach the city center with a relaxing stroll through the narrow streets.
The accommodation comprises a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio.
Outdoor parking for small cars is available. OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: outdoor parking space for small vehicles, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - There is a video surveillance camera outside the apartment; - There are stairs inside the apartment; - The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
