It can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 16 m² terrace. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom (with bath and WC) First floor: - A bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space, as well as a cabin area with single bed (90 cm). Outside: - An indoor swimming pool (heated) open all year round and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with residents) open from May to October. - A 16 m² south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather! Unenclosed area with crank-operated awning - A garden shared with the residence, including two petanque courts and outdoor play equipment for children The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in a quiet, pleasant setting.
A pizzeria and fast-food restaurant and a bike hire shop are around 500 m away.
The main shops (boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.) are around 3 km away. Activities : - Nearest beach: Plage des Sables Vignier, about 300 m away via a path in the dune. - Cycling on the island of Oléron - Water sports - Hiking between beaches, forests and marshes around Saint-Georges-d'Oléron Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (unnumbered space).
