Cozy and comfortable 54 sq m apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a three-story building with steps for access.
The property is strategically located in Bisceglie, a short distance from both the historic center and the beaches—both easily reached in about a 10-minute walk—and in a residential area with plenty of amenities.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed, and 55" TV;
- KITCHEN with gas stovetop, dining table and chairs, TV, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, and split air conditioning;
- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and split air conditioning;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- STORAGE ROOM
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WiFi, heating, split air conditioning, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and hangers.
Availability of cot/crib on request for a fee (10€ per stay)
