Cozy apartment on two levels that accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, in the center, with all the essential services at hand and a short distance from the points of interest, easily reachable on foot: the Basilica of San Martino and the Palazzo Ducale are just 400 meters away.
Martina Franca train station is just 10 minutes away on foot. The 30 sqm apartment, with a private entrance, is located on the ground floor of a historic house and is spread over two levels: please be aware of the internal staircase if traveling with small children. The space is divided as follows: Ground floor - KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction hob, mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker and microwave; - LIVING AREA with a dining table, single bed and TV. Upper floor - BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, and split air conditioning - BATHROOM with a toilet, bidet and shower. Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, split heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The staircase in the bedroom leading to the roof is NOT usable; please be careful. - The apartment is located within the pedestrian restricted traffic zone and is NOT accessible by car. You must park for a fee on Via Mercadante near Via La Lama (about 50 meters from the apartment) and then continue on foot along Via La Lama. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Martina Franca Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: euro 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: euro 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: euro 40.00. *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox.

The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley.
Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains.
Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo. The apartment is located in a very central position, a short distance from all the main points of interest.
