It's the ideal setting for a couple's break, a relaxing holiday or a teleworking session in the fresh air. The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 travellers. The accommodation comprises - A cosy living room with a sofa and television for your moments of relaxation - A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, etc.) - A convivial dining area opening onto the living space - A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A modern bathroom with walk-in shower Outside area : - A private terrace with outdoor furniture and a plancha for outdoor meals - Access to the residence swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, wristbands provided) - Access to two tennis courts (access card provided) - A private parking space directly in front of the property For even more comfort, the flat has a cosy atmosphere and is ideally located for taking advantage of the residence's sporting activities or walking to the beach.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. The home enjoys a privileged location between nature and amenities: - Plage des Dunes: accessible in just 3 minutes on foot via a path opposite the property - Brétignolles-sur-Mer and Brem-sur-Mer: the town centres and their shops are just 5 minutes away by car - Leisure activities: cycle paths and hiking trails along the wild coast starting from the residence Transport : If you choose to come by car, there is reserved private parking in front of the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie station about 12 km away (15 minutes by car) or Les Sables d'Olonne station 20 km away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 85 km away (about 1 hour 10 minutes' drive) On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility - Parents are responsible for supervising children in the pool.
