Cocoonr offers this charming 31 m² ground floor flat for rent in the Les Santolines residence in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, in the heart of Port Bourgenay.
Practical and decorated with nautical touches, this holiday home is ideal for a stay as a couple or with a small family.
You’ll enjoy a lovely covered terrace overlooking a green space – perfect for al fresco dining – and a prime location just a stone’s throw from the golf course and the harbour.
The accommodation can sleep up to 4 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A bright living area with a cosy dining corner (table and 4 chairs) – A lounge area with two single sofa beds (convertible into two 90x190 beds) and a television – A fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto-style coffee machine, kettle...) – A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space – A bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet Outside: – A covered terrace with unobstructed views of the garden – Garden furniture comprising a table and four chairs for your moments of relaxation – The residence has a communal swimming pool (open from June to September) For even greater comfort, bed linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Nearby activities : The residence is ideally located for enjoying the charms of Port Bourgenay: - Bourgenay golf course: a renowned course just a short walk from the residence - Plage du Veillon: one of the most beautiful beaches in the Vendée, around 2.5 km away - Port de plaisance: lively quays, restaurants and sailings just a 5-minute walk away - Nature: coastal hiking trails and cycle paths at the foot of the residence - Les Sables-d'Olonne: the famous seaside resort and its embankment can be reached in 15 minutes by car Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park easily on the outskirts of the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne, 11 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 105 km away (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes' drive) - Local bus stop serving the main points of interest in season On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi included - Pets are not allowed - Non-smoking accommodation - Parties are not permitted - Parking is available in the residence’s car park (non-private spaces) - The residence has a communal swimming pool (open from June to September) The swimming pool is secured by a fence and access is controlled by a wristband (provided in the accommodation) - Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming.
