The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests. The accommodation comprises - A cosy living room with a sofa and television for your moments of relaxation - A large, bright, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) - A dining area opening onto the garden for meals bathed in light - A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobe - A third bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) overlooking the garden - A modern bathroom with shower Outside: - A private green garden with garden furniture and barbecue for your summer evenings - A sunny terrace, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and meals - A private petanque area for friendly family get-togethers - A practical outdoor shower for when you return from the beach For even greater comfort, the house has been modernised and the exterior has been designed with relaxation in mind.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. The house is ideally located for exploring the Vendée coastline: - Beaches: Plage des Conches and Plage du Bouil can be reached in 6 minutes by car. - Water sports: surf school 2.2 km away and sailing school 3 km away - Nature: cycle paths and numerous hiking trails in the forest or along the coast starting from the house - Town centre: quick access to shops, restaurants and the Tourist Office in 5 minutes by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, private parking is available on site. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne about 25 km away (30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 110 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes' drive) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Non-smoking accommodation - No parties allowed - Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility
