It features a spacious 55-square-meter outdoor area with a terrace, garden, and sun deck, and consists of: - a bright living room with a sofa bed and seating area, - 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×200, 160×200, 160×200) and - 1 sofa bed, - a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), a toilet in the bathroom, and a separate toilet, - a terrace and a 55 m² garden with a barbecue and sun deck, - vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, - TV, satellite/cable, DVD player, game console, and Wi-Fi, - desk and fitness equipment, - mosquito nets, - games for all ages, children’s games, toys, books, and children’s books, - high chair and crib available, - outdoor parking included (underground parking available), - elevator, radiators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and hangers.
