The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent in Boulogne-sur-Mer, situated just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Nausicaá, the harbour and the town centre, and able to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor of a small block of flats, this comfortable and light-filled flat combines tasteful décor, a cosy atmosphere and a few Egyptian-inspired touches to ensure a pleasant stay on the Opal Coast.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 130 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A cosy 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two, more suitable for children and/or teenagers)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners also provide:
- Free fibre-optic Wi-Fi
- Bed linen and towels included
- Shampoo and shower gel
- Washing machine
- Cot and high chair on request
- Iron and ironing board on request
Outdoors:
– A terrace and a private, enclosed garden of approximately 130 m², facing south-west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located for exploring Boulogne-sur-Mer on foot.
In less than 10 minutes you can reach - the beach, - Nausicaá - the port - the town centre - the Embarcadère and its concert hall. Nearby you'll also find shops, restaurants, bars, a market and transport. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Boulogne-Tintelleries, a 10-minute walk away. - The Saint Pierre bus stop is at the foot of the building, making it easy to get around Boulogne-sur-Mer and the surrounding area. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours and the accommodation after 10 p.m. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
