The house features: - Private entrance - Living room with sofa, coffee table, and TV. - Bedroom 1: located above the living room, featuring a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190). - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine. - Dining area. - Bedrooms 2 and 3 (connected): located above the kitchen, featuring a double bed (140x190) and two single bunk beds (80x190). - Shower room with toilet. Parking: Parking is not available directly in front of the house (pedestrian street), but there are several free public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
