If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment.

Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Friday, Saturday or Sunday in peak season.

Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Children under 16 years are not permitted to use the gym. Lead passenger must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old. 7 nights in peak season and 3, 4 or 5 nights at other times.
All other durations on request. Yes, included in the rental price. Pool heating not available. Tourist Tax is payable locally in cash, typically costing between €1 - €10 per adult per night.

The house looked exactly as advertised. It was perched on a hill in Olivella, which is a short drive from Sitges. It was incredibly quiet and serene and the view from the living area, through the floor to ceiling windows, was beautiful. If you like nature, this place is for you. While it wasn't cent...

We stayed in Villa Crystal. It was stunning , super clean and very well equipped. The only downfall was not enough hot water !! Communication with the property management was excellent, the answered all my questions super quick and picking up keys was easy.Would highly recommend !!
