Cocoonr offers you this charming house with a sea view, ideally located opposite Kervillen beach, to rent in La Trinité-sur-Mer. With a surface area of 180 m², it can accommodate up to 12 travellers and has fibre-optic wifi.
The beach can be reached directly by crossing the road, with the staircase to the beach just opposite the house.
It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room and large dressing room.
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed + a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- One bathroom

- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.

- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden + 2 terraces with furniture to enjoy the sun at any time.
The house is ideally situated in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Auray - Nearest airport: Nantes On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The upstairs rooms do not have shutters, but curtains.
