Cocoonr offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat in Nancy to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises a 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200). - A shower room. - Separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 6 m² balcony, south-west facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Place Stanislas - Parc de la Pépinière - Nancy Old Town - Nancy Museum of Fine Arts - Nancy Museum and Aquarium - Villa Majorelle Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Nancy-Ville, 10 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Metz-Nancy-Lorraine, 50 minutes away by car. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your booking in order to guarantee you an impeccable welcome.
However, we would be grateful if you could leave the accommodation in a clean and respectful state, with the dishes done, the rubbish removed and the furniture put back in its place. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
