It comprises a 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a master suite with a shower room and toilet, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

The accommodation comprises - A 38 m² living room with TV, sitting area, sofa and dining area. - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC, and a dressing room. - Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3 with two single beds - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside : - A 35m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A 1,000 m² garden planted with trees and not enclosed, a trampoline and a swing with slide at your disposal. The house is ideally located in Alata, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just a 15-minute drive away. Activities : - Beach and water sports (jet-ski, pedalo, etc.) 15 minutes away by car. - Numerous walks nearby - Ajaccio city centre with its museums and monuments Transport : A car is essential, as there is no public transport nearby. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest port: Ajaccio, 15 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Ajaccio, 20 minutes by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
