Cocoonr offers you this charming 190 m² house to rent in Voglans.
It has several landscaped outdoor areas, uninterrupted views of the mountains, a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: – Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140 × 190) – Two shower rooms with showers and toilets – A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer – A fully fitted kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle… First floor: – A large open-plan living area, comprising three separate spaces: a dining area with access to the balcony, which has a table and two benches; a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher) with access to the veranda, and a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table and television, with access to the balcony. – Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140 × 190) – Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) – A shower room – A bathroom with a bath – Two separate toilets For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a plancha, a fan, an iron and ironing board, a table tennis table and two bicycles. Outdoors: – A large, continuous balcony accessible from the living area, divided into three sections.
The conservatory is accessible from two sections of the balcony. – A south-facing, semi-inground swimming pool measuring 5.5 m × 3 m, private and unheated, open from early April until 15 September. It is fitted with a roller shutter, as well as a terrace and outdoor furniture. – A 40m² terrace, ideally south-facing, perfect for socialising. – A beautiful, 2,000 m² garden, not overlooked, with views of the mountains. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally located in Voglans, in a very quiet residential area.
No cars pass in front of the house.

Here are some ideas for enjoying the area: - A few minutes from Lac du Bourget for swimming, paddle-boarding and other water activities. - Close to Aix-les-Bains (10 km) for its thermal baths, casino, racecourse and golf course. - Close to Chambéry and its historic old town. - 30 minutes from Chanaz, "Little Savoyard Venice". - 40 minutes from Annecy and 20 minutes from Lac d'Aiguebelette. - Easy access to the Dent du Chat, Revard and Massif des Bauges hiking trails. - Numerous cycle paths nearby. - The Grand Revard ski area, La Féclaz 30 km away (skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc.). - Other ski resorts (Margeriaz, La Clusaz, etc.) about 1 hour's drive away. - Privileged position with access to the A41 motorway for exploring the region. - Numerous restaurants by the lake, in Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry.
