No refunds are issued for pest sightings.

This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units.
These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability.
