The peaceful location in Brand makes this accommodation the perfect base for mountain activities, nature walks or a relaxing holiday at any time of year.
Your benefit: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On arrival, you will receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. Free bike hire and the use of public transport, such as regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein, are also available to you. This allows you to experience the region to the full whilst being surprised by many free offers. Take the A8 motorway, exit 111 'Siegsdorf-West' or exit 112 'Traunstein/Siegsdorf' - head towards Ruhpolding / after entering the town, turn right at the Aral petrol station towards the family leisure park - after the leisure park, turn right after approx. 550 m over the bridge - the semi-detached house is on the hillside

This cosy holiday flat, spanning approximately 50 square metres, offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation. It is ideal for two people and impresses with its lovingly furnished rooms in a modern Alpine style, featuring plenty of wood and warm natural tones.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a stylish coffee table. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding countryside. On request, the sofa bed can also be used as an additional sleeping space for a third person.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double bed and tasteful furniture, promising restful nights. The décor combines traditional charm with modern comfort.
