You can drive up to the apartment and park for free in the courtyard
The apartment is located on the ground floor - there are 2 steps only at the entrance.
It accommodates 1 - 2 persons with a living/sleeping room, a kitchen, and a daylight bathroom.
In the apartment, there is a French double bed (140 x 200 cm), a TV, a bedside table with lighting, and a shelf with well-preserved books.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee machine.
A basic supply such as coffee pads for the Senseo, sugar, salt & pepper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. is available.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath towels.

The holiday apartment is located in the district of Hemmessen, lovingly referred to as "the Hyphen" by Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler.
This places us almost centrally between the centers with their many recreational offerings.
In just about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the city center of Bad Neuenahr with many shops, cafes, and restaurants, and in approximately 20 minutes on foot, you can experience the historic Ahrweiler with its city wall, gates, half-timbered houses, and its own unique flair. If you are traveling with a dog, the park by the Ahr is just "around the corner" for quick walks, and for longer hikes, you can quickly access the renowned beautiful red wine hiking trail or the Ahrsteig from our location. Cancellations up to 14 days are free of charge, thereafter a 100% charge will apply. The remaining payment is to be made on-site in cash. Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is possible between 8 AM and 11 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.
Please contact us in advance for arrangements. The key handover will be done personally on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 € per pet/night. The local tax of 2.50 € per person/night will be additionally charged on-site.
