The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath and WC Mezzanine : - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (ideal for children) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot (90 cm × 40 cm), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron... To ensure you have a pleasant stay whatever the season, the accommodation is equipped with a heating/air-conditioning system, which can be heard when it is operating. Exterior: - An enclosed east-facing garden of 100 m². - An east-facing terrace with furniture, to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in La Celle-sous-Montmirail, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park approx. 40 km away - Reims about 82 km and Paris about 98 km away - Visit the Porte Saint-Pierre historic site, approx. 25 km away - Discovery of the Landowski Ghosts - First World War Memorial, approx. 47 km away - Tasting of local products Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, about 35 km away - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, about 89 km away Other remarks : - All rooms are air-conditioned - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
