Cocoonr offers you this charming 85 m² house to rent in Saint-Nic, less than 400 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 350 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - A bathroom (with bath) and WC - A large landing with sofa to enjoy the sea view - Bathroom with shower and bath For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 350 m² garden, partially enclosed and private, with furniture to make the most of fine weather. - A 36 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in very pleasant surroundings.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Pentrez beach (Saint-Nic) - Hiking: GR34 (coastal path), Presqu'île de Crozon - Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle) and private car park at the house (three vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - The car is recommended - Nearest train station: Chateaulin, 17 km away - Nearest airport: Brest, 65 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
