Located in a small secure residence just 200 metres from the beach, this renovated two-bedroom corner house is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
It welcomes you in a pleasant setting with a beautiful tree-lined and enclosed terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun. On the ground floor: -A living room with a well-equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, small oven, electric coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, 2 fans). -A bedroom with a double bed (140x190). -A new shower room. -Separate WC. -East-facing terrace with awning, ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs: -A spacious mezzanine with 2 pull-out beds (4 beds 80x190). Outside: -Private terrace with garden furniture, 1 sun lounger, mobile charcoal BBQ for enjoying time with friends and family. Comfort and facilities: End-of-stay cleaning included. Dedicated parking space in the residence, access via automated gate. Pets allowed (+€20/week and 2 max on request). Practical information: Rental from Friday to Friday in July and August. Linen rental and mini WiFi box (reservation at least 15 days before your stay).
