The property can accommodate up to 12 guests and is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A large living room with access to the garden-side terrace through a French door, three other windows, and a fireplace insert, furnished with two sofas and armchairs - A spacious dining room opening onto the kitchen and the terrace through a French door, with a high chair available - A fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric kettle.
A table and two chairs complete the space, ideal for breakfast for two - The master bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200) that are normally pushed together to form a large double bed, storage space, and direct access to the terrace - A bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom, with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, changing table, and towel warmer - A laundry room with direct access to the outdoors, equipped with a dryer, a washing machine, and a second refrigerator On the first floor: - A small upstairs living area with a reading nook, a children’s bookcase, board games, a coffee table with stools suitable for young children, a sofa, and a cozy relaxation area. - A second bedroom facing southwest with a double bed (140 x 200), two chairs, a coffee table, a desk, and a travel crib - A third bedroom facing southeast, featuring two single beds (90 x 200) and a bunk bed, along with nightstands and a closet.

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est exactement comme décrit, très propre et idéalement situé. La mer est accessible en quelques minutes à pied, un vrai bonheur. Tout le nécessaire pour bébé était prévu, ce qui nous a énormément facilité la vie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
