As soon as you enter, the generous spaces invite you to gather: a large dining room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing long meals—with direct access to the terrace. The living room, bathed in light thanks to its many windows, offers a cozy setting with a fireplace (insert), sofas, and armchairs, as well as Wi-Fi—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. For sleeping arrangements, the house offers several bedrooms to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. A third bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds.
A fourth bedroom with a double bed. Two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, hairdryer, changing table, and toilet, and another upstairs with a bathtub, hairdryer, and changing table.
There is also a separate toilet.
You will also find a small living room upstairs with a children’s library, games, and an armchair. Outside, the spacious, enclosed 2,500 m² garden is a true invitation to relax: enjoy time outdoors and family games in a calm and rejuvenating environment.
