Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Sarzeau.
It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 450 m² garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - on the ground floor: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 and a shower room -1 separate toilet On the first floor - 1 double bedroom with a 160x200 bed - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed for 3 children/adolescents 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a single bed - 1 separate toilet - 1 shower room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 450 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Vannes - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is possible from 5pm. Keys can be collected from a Keycafe secure locker located at the back of the Cocoonr Presqu'île de Rhuys agency, around 5 minutes from the accommodation.
